SET-UP on Saturday, August 12th, 2023 will be from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
The festival gates will open at 12:00pm and all Vendors MUST be in place by 11:00 a.m. and vehicles parked in the Vendor designated parking area to avoid unnecessary delay and/or confusion.
Cars not properly parked that hold up Fire/EMS approval to open the patron gates shall be towed at Vendors expense.
VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY AT THE VENDOR’S GATE OR ANY GATE THEREOF AFTER 11:00 am. Vendor Vehicle Passes will be
retrieved by a Carnival representative upon entering the venue. The Vending Areas must be cleared by 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. All Vendors must clear their respective areas and must provide their own industrial strength commercial grade plastic bags for garbage clean-up in and around their immediate surroundings.
For Food vendors: Proper containers must be utilized for the recovery of used oil, grease and black water. Professional Regulators will be checking on these items.
*A $200.00 fee will be charged to any vendor that is still on site after 11:30pm.
PRODUCTS LEFT FROM COOKING MUST NOT BE DISCARDED ON THE PREMISES. HEAVY FINES WILL APPLY.
You shall provide your own (10'x10') Tent and Generator for your coverage and power supply. Vendors must provide their own chairs, tables, decorations.
Electricity will be available for vendors requiring power at $50.00 per quad.
