Welcome to the Jacksonville Caribbean Carnival! Come join us on Sat Aug 23, 2025, in beautiful Southside, Jacksonville, Fl., to experience the lively parade, from 12pm The parade will showcase extravagant costumes, energetic performances, and a taste of Caribbean culture like no other right here in Jacksonville! The festival gates open at 12:00 pm and will feature, flavorful Caribbean cuisine, a dance competition by the parade participants, and live performances, by local and international entertainers. Bring your family and friends to enjoy a day of celebration and fun! Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the rhythms of steelband, soca, salsa, compass, reggae, calypso, and the Caribbean spirit. Vendor spaces are BOOKING FAST!! fast. Get your PREFERRED location now! Vending Booths are NOT guaranteed until payment is made.Â
SET-UP on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 will be from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The festival gates will open at 12:00pm..Â
ALL Vendors MUST be in place by 11:00 a.m. and vehicles must be parked in the Vendor designated parking area to avoid unnecessary delay and/or confusion.Â
Cars not properly parked PROHIBIT Fire/EMS approval to open the patron gates.
VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT VENDOR EXPENSE!!
VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY AT THE VENDOR’S GATE OR ANY GATE THEREOF AFTER 11:00 am.Â
A Carnival representative will provide Vendor Vehicle Passes upon entering the venue. The Vending Areas must be cleared by 11:00 pm on Saturday. All vendors must clear their respective areas and provide their own industrial strength commercial grade plastic bags for garbage clean-up in and around their immediate surroundings.
 For Food Vendors: Proper containers must be utilized for the recovery of used oil, grease, and black water. Professional Regulators will be checking on these items.Â
*A $200.00 fee will be charged to any vendor that is still on site after 11:00 pm.
PRODUCTS LEFT FROM COOKING MUST NOT BE DISCARDED ON THE PREMISES. HEAVY FINES WILL APPLY. You shall provide your own (10’x10′) Tent and Generator for your coverage and power supply. Vendors must provide their chairs, tables, and decorations. Â
After your application is accepted, there will be No REFUNDS!
